Its allways a plesaute to return to M'ar de Ar. Facilities, location, breakfast and meals (dinner) all deserving high rate. A special mention to the restaurant concierge that has a very positive impact on the service.

It’s the second time we stayed there. The hotel is in an old palace and has a lot of character. It was clean, quiet, super well located, close to everything, easy to walk everywhere but also right at the Porta Velha (old city gate) which made it easy to get in and out by car. Breakfast was outstanding and the staff at hotel and the attached restaurant, Degust’ar, couldn’t have been more professional and friendly. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and spa.

The room was very comfortable and luxurious at a reasonable price. We appreciated the extra touches such as the bathrobes and slippers. The bath was comfortable. We also took advantage of the pool and sauna facility, and enjoyed both. Breakfast was very good, and staff was great.

Little bit of luxury in an interesting, easy to see city. Check in staff and bar staff were very friendly

Location just on the edge of Évora with its own parking garage, so none of the hassle of driving narrow one-way streets. Still central enough for most sights including NYE fireworks! Elegant but understated, helpful staff. So much to see in the area and this was an excellent base to continue exploring.

The staff was very accommodating with our early check in and was able to get us in a very nice room. This hotel was very comfortable with great bedding. There was also with a great breakfast buffet- wish we could have stayed longer

Room were spacious and comfortable but the windows are pretty high so there is light that enters the room, but no view. Breakfast was included and was very good with a nice variety of choices.

The property had beautiful finishes inside the room and throughout the property. The pool, the restaurant including the morning’s delicious buffet and the evening’s meal was memorable, the room was equipped with nice towels and beauty supplies, and the bed was comfortable.
